Having left the safety of the station's shields, he uses Solaris cloak as a means to stay hidden until coming around the moon of ish and approaching the Xenon ship.

Captain, I am a machine. Comfort is lost on me. Although I would prefer speaking to those in charge on Solaris Humanus, I trust that all cautions will be taken by you and the fine crew of the Titan.
I can transport aboard, say 15 minutes? Once we receive the co-ordinates for the transport that is.

If they are cybernetic in nature they may detect a scan.
Our transporters automatically search for and filter out pathogens, if they are non organic it is likely their transporters do not.

Right shall we head down and hope for the best. We can set audio and video feed up and configure the sensors to check for pathogens.
Assuming they don’t try to kill us in the first few minutes we need to figure out where to hold talks. Having everyone stand around the cargo bay for an extended discussion might be construed as rude.
We can’t offer them food or drink if they are non organic in nature so that removes one of the basic foundations we would usually use to begin talks. Sharing food, drink and shelter tends to subconsciously suggest trust and commonality. However in this case such offers may simply underscore differences and be counter productive.
They must want or need something from us, it seems unlikely they would be making contact out of a desire for friendship.

Unless one of us is bleeding or yelling help please leave that as a back up plan. They may well be able to survive decompression at least for a while and we don’t know if they could self destruct within our shields if we decompress.
Actually that is a thought, we should make sure we can maintain structural integrity in the event of the cargo bay being taken out.
*Sigh* I miss the time when it was plan for the worst hope for the best.
Now it seems to be expect the worst then plan for things to go down hill from there.
