Ooae - Planet

13 continents, with the majority of them hosting farming communities, and on one side of the planet there are 6 and 7 on the other, and all 6 have mountainous regions, the 7 are weaved with lakes and rivers. Like its partner planet sharing the same orbit : Eridani Umbra it has very mild seasons, only Spring and Autumn, which allow for very long growing seasons. On each side of the planet there are 2 cities (4 total), and they are high tech centres, but clean environmentally friendly tech, and environmental principles and practices. Water travel between continents is a popular way to travel. Just because they have high tech, doesn't mean they always use it.
