Lis is there any way to predict when your planet or plane will sync with ours? Or how often it happens Do you know the coordinates?
I was thinking that we could set up a monitoring station and then use the readings as a basis to search the Solaris archives.
We really do need to find a place to build an Alpha Site. If the Stealth really has been away for 40 years it might have navigation charts we can use. I don’t want to delay a follow up with the Xenons too long,

I had not considered that such a question would arise. What you say is a possibility, I would have to sync my concept of time as it relates to yours and work from that basis, with your help. In order to do that I would have to go back to my "coordinates" as I base all on the movement of the planets when its time for my plane of existence to show itself.

Major Voss we would like to move the ship to the coordinates of LIS’ home world. I know it is out of phase but we could leave sensor probes to record any instance of the planet coming in our out of phase

Raising on hand, a transparent map appears in the air. This is a portion of a map of your world:  If you look closely there is much space between the orbits of Twilight and Henbit, and near by Gwlo of the Xenons, it is there that my planet belongs. Appearing to touch the map, a yellow dot appears. This is my where my world would be, if it were to be in phase.  This is where you would need to travel. You might also talk to the Xenons when there, I don't know what they know of my world, people on Twilight have called my planet the ghost planet, I don't know what others in that system have said of my world.

Heading to the bridge.
Once on the bridge, brings up the star map and finds about the right area beyond Twilight.
We are on our way.
As the engines start smoothly to head towards this in and out of phase planet.

You know, whether LIS is or is not the "darkness" the Xenons spoke of, we still have that issue. I do hope the Captain treads lightly with them. We can't afford to alienate them. I can't help but feel they could be a threat.

When Anita, Sci and I went on that trip things got a little strange. In the same station we found Reny we ended up in a fortune telling shop, which very much reinforced my belief that getting one’s fortune told is never wise.
It was something of an apocalyptic reading, we were warned about a threat from another dimension, I thought it might be from the reality Gar and Caleb came from. I don’t know, is being out of phase the same as being from another reality? It doesn’t feel right, but I just don’t know.

I don't feel comfortable with inviting the Xenon's to Solaris, but there may be a solution based on your idea of external base, we'll know more in a few hours.

He didn't say different reality, just in an out of phase that is a huge difference. I can see an alternate reality causing huge problems, in and out of phase not so much. Why is it in and out of phase that is the real question.
What worries you? LIS? Or he Xenons?
