Since this is the first time here, and we know its safe, we have an advantage, but if this were real and you've just stepped into a strange world you need to follow the Major and work together in case of danger or friendliness.

"Thank you Captain...ok on a regular mission your weapons are locked and loaded when you step through. The MALP should let us know what is on the other side before stepping through but you just never know. It's also a good idea for each of us to have a standard direction you cover when coming through. For instance...I will always step through first and look directly ahead...the next person covers to the left and the next covers to the right....so forth and so on. On another thought....Ambassador....Can the MALP be equipped with drones that could fan out and give us a bigger picture?"
