Why again the six buildings? It was six that popped into her head, we need:
Medical,
Research - Science, including Medical,
Eating,
Quarters,
"Diplomatic" functions,
Equipment, repair, and this should probably be big enough for a couple of shuttles.
What else would we need?
What about a Stargate? Where would we find one to put on the moon, that would make it much easier for travel.

I'm thinking about the new outpost, and what we need, for instance, we need at least 6 buildings for:
Medical,
Research - Science, including Medical,
Eating,
Quarters,
"Diplomatic" functions, including quarters for our guests
Equipment, repair, and this should be big enough for a couple of shuttles, and any ground equipment.
To make travel ideal, we should also try, and I'm not sure how, to get a stargate there it would make travel much faster.
I know you sent message to Winston Pebbington-Smythe, have you heard back?
I know its a big order, those buildings are huge(think foot ball sized), plus all of the underground work, bots can do most of the work.
Have we heard anything from the Away team?

Anita I don’t see us accomplishing much here, do you want us to return to Solaris with Lis or head to the Alpha site to assist with setup?
I don’t think asking Lis to leave is particularly politic and he could follow us anyway without our knowledge.

She replays Sharrel's message and looks at the projection from The Stealth, and looks at the theory about an alternative reality, and instantly gets a headache.

Please return to Solaris, Pebbington-Smythe is currently getting, or producing the materials for the Alpha Site, there not ready to go yet, and we have the Grand Opening to attend, so hopefully the materials will be ready soon after the Grand Opening.
The only thing I can think of, is to tell Lis that you have been recalled to Solaris, and go from there, I'm assuming you are leaving a probe there, if Lis stays, let him know about the probe as a means of contacting us, and it can be used for us to contact him, and if he follows you, like you said, there isn't much we can do about that.
About this alternative reality issue, do we even know that this Caleb is our Caleb? Can the Major and your self, quiz this Caleb about our Cabeb's time on Solaris, if he comes up with all the right answers, then we have to assume this Caleb is ours, as for the rest of it, its giving me a headache.
I don't think The Stealth should dock with Solaris, until we know more, we have the Visitors Platform, we can put it to good use by having The Stealth dock there.
Were you able to gather the information you needed about Lis's planet?
