Opens the docking bay door for 002, and a portal in the stations shield, also raises the Visitors platform and opens a portal in the shield for The Stealth to land there.
Comm to The Titan
You are clear to land in docking bay 002, a portal in the shield is open for you to land. The Stealth must proceed to the Visitors platform at these co-ordinates and there is a portal open in the stations shields for it to land.
The Stealth must disembark from The Titan before you land.

This is Capitan Thomas, and I'm requesting that you make a station wide announcement to all news feeds, I'd like it to say that a "call out" is going station wide for those who are interested in applying for the Stargate Program, you can report to the Command Centre and sign up there.

ATTENTION ALL SOLARIS HUMANUS RESIDENTS! This is a station wide announcement on all Solaris Humanus broadcast channels!
Captain Thomas has initiated this "Call out" to all Solaris Humanus residents that wish to participate in the previously announced soon to be activated Solaris Humanus Stargate Program. The Captain is now taking applications for anyone that would like to be considered for a place on a Stargate Team. The amount of the teams has not been announced nor has any reasons for personnel not to be considered to join. All who wish to join are encouraged to apply for this historic step in Solaris Humanus' future and the future of the alliances formed with other culture's through this program.
Application will be taken at Command Centre.
This has been a service announcement from the Solaris Humanus News Network. We now return you to your previous programming.
OOC: You can tell there is a little of Ambassador Sandrine in this. He offered some text a few months ago for when this was going to be implemented.

Ana, I have been in contact with Queen Aquadia on Tera and she has gracefully accepted my invitation to join the festivities at the Gala for the Commons 2nd level opening. She will be arriving that day and will be attending with her immediate family and possibly a member of the Teran Council. I can have them dock at the Visitors platform or Bay001. I would suggest Bay001 as she is a dignitary and we are looking to have them eventually join our peace initiative. Would you agree?
I look forward to seeing you at the Gala.
