I borrowed energy to rush here, the consequence of that is the storm. I do sincerely hope that life forms in the area were not harmed.

This is complicated and not complicated at the same time.

I exist as energy, yet my energy simply is. I can be big or small and my energy which came from my soul is eternal, neither big nor small, it is. My size, relatively speaking is of no consequence on my planet as is, or in space as is. Coming into your world, I can be your size without consequence, to me or to you.

However, when I rest, a habit that all on my planet agreed to par take in, even in our current state so when we return to evolve properly, we will not be out of this habit. That is when I may no longer keep a form, but simply be, some what like mist resting on a surface, but not viewable. There is a solution to this, one of your body suits can be fitted with a frequency, which I will supply, and in that body suit, with the frequency, I will be contained when at rest.

Yes, if I were to emulate your physical form while conscious, that form would fully contain my energy.
