Yeoman Matthews, as soon as we get the co-ordinates from The Titan, scan for those people at the back of the caverns, they are in the most danger, and we need them transported out of there. You are going to have to coordinate with Sin - The Demon Hawk, as I don't want the two of you to try to beam out the same person at the same time, come to an arrangement as to who beams out whom to The Titan.

Yeoman Matthews, don't forget co-ordination with Sin, The Demon Hawk, as to who is going to beam out whom, and the timing. Since you are both beaming out people from the back of the cavern, more or less at the same time, maybe you can get into a rhythm, you beam out some, Sin does, you do, etc... talk to Sin and work out how you are going to do it.
I can't stress this enough, its critical.
AM'arie, if you think you can handle it, then I'm good with it, lets confirm it with The Titan.
Caleb, I have a volunteer here on The Drifter who is offering to co-ordinate the rescued people once they are transported onto The Titan, could you use her assistance?

I can do chairs. I'll be back, I know where I can get enough chairs for everyone. ...goes into engineering finding that same terminal he worked on before. in the computer menu he find comfy chairs. standing there not sure how many he punches in 200. then find a design he like. Then presto they are starting to me made. he piles him high onto the transporter pad....

We'll get you some food. Give me a hand with setting up a few tables, I'll also need a few volunteers to fill the tables with food. Give me a second. I am going to replicate some tables then use the replicator to replicate some food. Different tables with different food. One with fruits, then veggies, and sandwiches, another treats, and finally drinks. How does that sound to you? As she replicates five tables. by that time Oliver should have something for everyone to sit on.

AM'arie, I'm going to transport you directly to The Titans bridge, then you can take direction from there, before you go, here is a comm device, you speak to it and tell it who you want to speak to and it will connect you,and like wise when we call you, you attach it to your shirt.
Sarrin, please transport AM'arie directly to The Titans cargo bay.
Caleb, AM'arie is being transported over directly to the cargo bay, please report on the Major's condition in 30 minutes, and we will start transporting to the cargo bay, also please confirm the industrial replicators are there, and give a positive read out after a quick diagnostic. There should be two industrial replicators (think small room size) in each cargo bay.

Kate? I will pick out some volunteers to put food on the table as it comes from the replicators.
Speaking as they set up the tables.
Do you know what is happening with the rest of the population? If I can make a suggestion they are going to be bored out of their mind when they come too. Can you tell your supervisors to have some tablets, books or colouring kits for the kids? It will help keep them calm for longer.

At maximum transporter capacity I could evacuate 14,400 people per hour. However that depends on each group of 20 being in position and ready to go in 5 second increments and there being free space on the Titan for each beam in.
It will take around 2 hours to beam everyone out. Half that if the Drifter can beam out an equal number of people.

..grumble grumble grumble... why in the hell did I have to pick a large chair to replicate... grumbling carrying chairs to the transportor. chair after chair after chair until all 200 are transported to the shuttle bay. then replicates a travel bag with the basic personal essentials in it. those 200 were easier to carry to the transporter. with everything sent to the shuttle bays he replicates an extra large dark chocolate milk shake to drink on the way back to the shuttle bays.... ...in the shuttle bays they will see 2 hundred of these chair / bed materialize along with 200 personal travel bags....

Looks around, and realizes, that the once full med bays is nearly empty, its Yeoman Matthews and herself in the Med bays, and he is deep in concentration with beaming out people from the caverns. She goes over to the replicator and replicates something to drink and a large plate of sandwiches, enough for her and Yeoman Matthews.
Setting his drink and the plate of sandwiches between them, she pulls up a chair to the monitor and while eating, watches what is going on, alternating checking in on each location of activities, except The Titan.
Caleb, can you send a video feed of what is going on in your cargo bays?
