"Yes. There has been an attack on the Colonies and my orders are to pilot the Titan currently located in Docking bay 002 to that location to provide what ever support we can. Currently the ship is being loaded with enough supplies to support at least 10,000 people. We shove off in about 20 hours but I need everyone on board and ready to go in 10. Alia recommended I see about at least two people from Security it they can be spared. Captain Thomas and her team are currently on location and will be waiting for us so time is a factor."

Sgt. Ballard: Just checking Major. Alia informed us about the Titan. And we have been trying to monitor all the communications we can from Talusia but they have been few and far between. We still have no clue as to what really transpired. Even the Solaris News Team have been stumped by this. I can have two of my men meet you in Docking Bay 002 within the hour for the mission. They and the rest of my men can help with the loading of supplies. We can also check on your artillery compliment and see that it will be stocked sufficiently for the mission. Sgt. Ballard: Right away Miss Nyree. This urgent info wouldn't have anything to do with the Talusian Colonies being destroyed would it? We know the Captain has gone out there to offer assistance. But we haven't heard anything since. And with Lt. Kendall's disappearance, it all seems quite odd. Don't you agree?

Of course Sargent. But I can't comment on anything in that area. I've thought about Lt. Kendall a lot the last couple of months. Maybe when the Captain returns, she will have some intel on the situation.

Another encrypted message comes in telling Sarina what has happened to Sci and that the Demon Hawk is on its way to pick her up.
It also gives Zachary’s details and explains that both he and Perrin are on the ship to get them away from the conflict and heightened emotions on the Titain.

Hi Sgt., I'm sure you are aware that the Major comm'd, he is looking for someone to join him on an away mission. The Captain authorized the away mission to Chai, I am going to ask for someone to volunteer, I believe it will be the Major, Ms. Manning, and Medical Officer Tanya. I'm sure you are curious about Talusia, I'll give you the extreme condensed version, The Drej attacked the planet, and the Captain believes the Drej was working with Braxxul, the Drej had taken just under 25,000 captives to a cavern, where we rescued them to The Titan, Cantor of Saticons took the Talusians to another universe to protect them, as they were destined, A few of them choose to come back to Solaris, about 15 of them, the SST on the away team to Talusia have escorted them to quarters to set them up. There was a conflict with the drej, the Captain was injured, Oliver saved her, she is back on her feet, and came back with The Titan, Sci was injured and remains injuured, The drej destroyed and blew up Talusia, were some drej radiation was collected, The Drifter, is being piloted by Oliver, and Reny to get rid of some Drej radiation, The Yamato should be on its way back to Solaris, but I don't know what the Captain ordered for it. And finally, we found Lt. Kendal, but he was in bad shape, I don't know his condition, but he did improve, his wife is still missing in action, and the Lt. is obsessed with finding her. He is aboard the Demon Hawk with the CMO. The Demon Hawk, The Drifter, will be meeting up with the Major at Chai. That is the short version, I'm sure the Captain will debrief us all. |

Sgt. Ballard: You have a talent to shorten long stories Constable.  There was no communications from Talusia after the incident occurred. We were all very worried. Sounds like the Talusians were given a miracle, thank heavens. I am glad the Captain is well. Sorry to hear about the Professor. The Lieutenant loves his wife very much. A beautiful lady. I can only imagine his angst to get her back. We will help all we can when the time comes.
(Yells back at the group of SST) You heard the Constable, we need a volunteer!

Report to the Major's ship in docking bay 002, and pack a bag, take camping supplies and s supply of weapons. I don't know how long your stay will be on Chai, or how eventful or uneventful it will be, but please be as prepared for any situation that you can. Any questions?
