Hi, I know we are here now, but we paid for ad free - gold until November 2017, and it has ads, on it, and I am asking them to remove the ads and to give us a credit.
Anyone know how long there has been ads there?

This is odd.
I've been logged in every time I go to tapatalk Solaris because I just haven't bothered to log out that day I went there and found it had been turned. But when I log out, the board has ads. Log back in, its ad free.
If it is still on our gold, shouldn't it be ad free whether I'm logged in or not?

You are absolutely right, no ads, logged in or logged out.

Unfortunately no.
I've been there off and on for two weeks, just to see if there is anything I want in my posts to save and look at other posts to save things that may not have been taken back before the raid by Tapatalk. lol
I really don't go back often, glad to be leaving. But I will try to make board hops when needed.
