Thanks. I wish I could say I had something to do with that but I did not.
Just as my people are aesthetically inclined with all things living wise, they also demanded that in there ship and engine design. They are light years ahead of most other cultures. If you noticed, it was silent during lift off and now flying.
The Shiree is top of the line. Something we will need for this trip should we encounter any issues with a possible dimension disturbance.

I had notice, there isn't the "normal" ship noise. I would love to examine the design, and if you are ok with it, and modify some of our ships.
I am curious to see.
The readings you are getting on the dimensional disturbance, are they readings on the equipment or are they effects on the ship?

I am very OK with it Ia. I can call up the plans to the design for you when you are ready to do so. It would be a great next step to my peoples plans for the future.
The readings are always indicated on the device, but the ones I picked up recently shook Shiree to her core. The ship literally felt it. That's why I came to Solaris. It is that urgent we find and close this rift.

That is disturbing. Not your coming to Solaris, but the result of the readings.

Nothing is registering just yet. It sure would be nice if this was all for naught. I hate wasting Solaris' time, but it would be a blessing.
(Just then a rumbling can be heard that sounds like it is coming from the deepest areas of the ship)

Ia, apparently the dimensional drift is strong enough to reach us here. The Shiree even felt it. The device is giving me co-ordinates of a location near the Asteroid Belt between here and the Geldoan System.
Its going to be about an hours journey, 2 parsecs away. Are you up to investigate?
