The Kotuku is docked here and undergoing massive internal and external repairs and upgrades, and has been undergoing repairs for years.
A lot of the repairs are actually a rebuild, and the Kotuku has literally been rebuild and is at about 80 percent complete.
The progress has been slow, but the upgrades / rebuld will once again make the Kotuku one of the greatest and most advance starship around.
