From outside he can hear the wailing, and assumes the man didn't make it.

(walks over to Dayna and Also tries to console her)

Sits on a log, and as he hears the cry out, he thinks that didn't sound good. He will stay outside and let Dayna have her privacy.

Understood. Alright, we are going to get him out of that chamber. I want him free from whatever alien technology is holding him in there. His readings are still strong. I think we have a good chance of taking him out of that chamber without a skip of his heart beat.

Nurse Seth, I need you to get the small incubator from out of the room over there. (points to a door on the other side of the med area) Bring it over here near the baby's chamber, its open side facing the side that opens on the chamber. I'll be standing in between both. You activate the incubator as soon as I place him in it.

Nurse Claya, be prepared to immediately after I place him in the incubator, read off all the readings. Any deviation from what is the norm as we know it, I WANT TO KNOW IT!

Nurse Seth, take the medical tricorder and lets scan tissue and blood derivatives on the Major and....(clearing his throat and to the Major) I am assuming we are testing you and the lovely lady in your arms sir?

Nurse Claya, scan the child and lets make sure all body functions are at standards for an infant with his weight and size and then I will have the Computer begin its DNA processors to give us some parental answers once Nurse Seth has the DNA collected from them.
