As the The Titan had carefully navigated its way to Zan's hidden moon, avoiding the traffic streams, staying to the fringes of the system as much as possible avoiding the planets, upon finally approach it engages the cloaking device and then obtains orbit around Zan's moon.
It is going to take days to beam down all the constructed pieces of the buildings, but they had been arranged in order during assembly in the docking bay; and will be beamed down in that arrangement to make connecting them that much easier.
The Captain gives the crew a day's rest upon arrival, yet within that day the crew were required to go and explore Zan to get the lay of the land and find the best possible suitable locations where the Alpa site should be located. It was still a leisure day, riding about in the 4 wheel terrain vehicles and the 2 wheeled terrain vehicles, and the crew getting some planetary fresh air and sun.

A location was found, actually several locations were found and as they are close together it was agreed upon that they would connect the two via an underground tunnel; both locations will have their own purpose but also serve as a back up escape route, if ever needed.
The equipment for the build was beamed down, and with the evening off, the crew had free time.
First thing next morning, they started building the tunnels and laying the foundation.
Thanks to the geo-graph-landscaper, it was easy to dig the area for the tunnels and the 2 stories below ground level, although it would take at least a week to complete the job.
Note: The geo-graph-landscaper, a high tech piece of equipment that scans deep into the ground, one enters in the co-ordinates of the the proposed building, and with a laser it cuts down to the depth, and leaves markers, for the the transporter part of it to transport the soil to a near by location. It is a piece of equipment that would equal a full size fan by Earth's 2021 standards, and its automated, and guided by entered co-ordinates.
When all of the earth / rocks / material had been removed, another specialized pieces of equipment was brought it, a foundation-layer. The drone portion of it, sprays a thin layer along all sides of the exposed earth, and with in minutes the thin layer expands to a foot thickness of cement; it would take a full 24 hours to dry.
Note: A foundation-layer consists of two parts, a "drone" with a hose connected to it, that connects to a very large bin. In that bin is the raw materials, condensed and under pressure, so when it sprays out and mixes with the air, it expands.

Once the cement had cured, the transporter was engaged to beam down the flooring, which was secured into place, and in case of the tunnel, the ceiling.
The transporter was then engaged to transport the large pieces of the buildings (think quonset hut), once everything was in place for both buildings, most of the crew set about putting in plumbing, electrical. As for the electrical there was a stream near by and they had put a fish safe underwater turbine to generate electricity, hiding the cables in the ground.
They assigned one half of the second building as crew quarters, and they realized that a tunnel from one building to another is great, but both building stood out. Even though they went to great efforts to paint the buildings to blend in with the surround trees, and the small clearing, which was big enough for three shuttles to land.
So another crew member started a second tunnel from the first to way into the bush as an escape route. This tunnel was a lot trickier, as it was done, completely underground so as to not disturb the trees above.
The soil that has been displaced by the second tunnel and by the buildings was replaced over the first tunnel between the buildings, and the excess soil was transported to the Titan, to be dispersed over a sandy area on the moon.
All in all it took a good couple of weeks to do this work, and finally with a small gate room set up, 2 stories down, the brought in the Stargate and set it up, the last thing they need to do was set its co-ordinates so Solaris could find it.
Its a small stargate, not big enough for a shuttle, but big enough for people and equipment to come through.
Note: Quonset hut with windows.

Communications was sent to Solaris, to inform them of the status of the Alpha site: completed, and they sent the co-ordinates of the new positioned stargate.

OOC: I apologize Captain. I know we talked about setting up the Alpha site. I dropped the ball!
