Yahoo's news announced we've had contact with"Aliens". It was on the front page of their news feed.
Does anyone remember a few years ago, the Pope agreed that when 'the aliens' arrived he would welcome and baptise them?
Are they Aliens? or Off Worlders? Non-Terrians?

According to the story, the person who let the cat out of the bag stated that the Aliens did not want the public to know yet because of panic, rioting in the streets, and other problems associated with the knowledge. Hmmm, kinda like what's happening now...?

Honestly at this point I think I would be relieved if Aliens turned up rather than panicked.
If an advanced race has managed to develop the technology to navigate the vast distances involved to get to earth without destroying themselves or their planet, the way the human race seems to be going then I hope they can give us some pointers.
Actually looking at most of our politicians just now I think alien overlords might be a safer bet.
