We have some general knowledge, such as the prophecy, and who is here, but we don't know everything, actually I would say we know almost nothing, especially compared to the knowledge in the universe.
We are Ancients, which mean we live a very long time, immortal for lack of a better word, but we can die in certain circumstances. We don't have telepathic abilities meaning, we can't read people's minds.
We can share thoughts but only with permission with each other.
One thing that I have noticed over and over again, is that you can't predict people; they are wonderful, amazing, intelligent and people have minds of their own, they also have free will, and there are universal laws around free will.
And we are not permitted to interfere.
And there is also a universal law: Cause and Effect.
Everything has a cause, which creates an effect, whether desired or not.
No, I did not know about Shalimar, she choose with her free will, and her choice was the cause that created an effect, and part of that effect was your free will choosing to fly her there.

I was thinking the Stargate program. I agree the salmon is good so is this roast beef it melts in your mouth. For now the stargate program.I need time to figure out all of this Azcad stuff maybe seeing other cultures will help me to figure it out. thats kind of why its could be cool the two of us on a team. I got to figure it out before I can really do anything or I am always going to feel lost and confused.

That makes so much sense for you when you put it that way Oliver. If the program is successful, and the Captain makes it an official branch of the Solaris Services, you could become an officer in the Program. If you chose to do so of course. And with your current resolve, I think you'd make a fine officer. Maybe the Program wil help you with that lost and confused feeling. Give you purpose and helping others at the same time. |
