This is getting old.
Stands up.
I'm leaving, go talk to that guy at the bar he seems to have a matching attitude. Don't worry I'll pay on the way out.
When you change your mind or want to see the holodeck, find my quarters, on the quarters desk. I bet you didn't know you get free living space.
Walks to the bar, and pays with a generous tip, and tells him that if the woman he was with wants anything else to bill it to him, and he'll pay up later.

Suddenly Bix has helped me with my perception of Mosby. I'm not saying Bix is anywhere worse than the old Mosby, but I sure don't see Bix trying to change any.

In the commons area, he found a place to sit near a bunch of green flowering plants, they smell good, and they are large enough that the can be hidden and watch the Citadel entrance.
He watches Bix leave.
