Now that is a story.
We were on remote colony of Pluto when I saw it last. The Freighter was headed to the southern part of the Milky way, a spice run. Who knew. Not surprised.
There wasn't much of a selection of rides left, and I wanted to catch him. I was also blinded by my anger, and didn't make a wise selection.
The pilot of a Hunhau transport ship, said sure - not a problem.
HA, it was stolen! Thats when the ride really started I told them, there were three of them. I would pay them but they wanted more, and more. I told them I knew, where there was a stash from this famous robbery. (evil smile) Everyone in the verse had heard of that robbery, at first they didn't believe me. Then I filled in some details that they had never heard of but it filled in the gaps so they believed me. Riches beyond imagination! And I have a big imagination!
We headed to the southern part of the Milky way. (evil smile)
Then we ran into this strange ion storm, it was different then I had ever seen before. It wasn't your "normal" storm, it tossed us around like a cotton ball, there were solar winds like tornadoes, not just one but multiple. When they all started to converge, I went below and found a suit and an escape pod. I put on the suit, and locked myself in the escape pod.
Things got fuzzy from that point on, the spinning and tossing and turning, I lost consciousness. When I came too, I could see out the escape pod window debris of the ship and three frozen bodies.
I noticed that the milky way as gone, I didn't recognize of the space. I did everything to conserve air, using the escape pod air first. I was lucky a ship came by and rescued me. They were nice people and I'll leave it there for now, but that is how I came to be in this universe or galaxy or what ever you call it.
