The name sounds familiar but the face doesn't go with it. I'm pretty good with remembering faces. Are you sure we've met before sir?

“Ahh. I understand now. A short time ago I was on an away mission. Through a series of events that I have no explanation for I ended up appearing much younger than before. When we met I was much older. I had a business proposition I wished to speak with you about . “

I am being sentimental, and nostalgic, but this sudden marriage, I can't help but wonder if things had turned out differently.....
I love you so much, my heart fills with joy and pride, and sadness all at the same time. Joy that you are here, proud that you are now our Ambassador, and sadness, at what could have been, and what can't be, at least right now.

(Reaches for and takes both her hands in his) I must admit, I was feeling quite sentimental during the ceremony. Which by the way, couldn't have been done any better if you had planned it. Dear, dear Anna, no regrets my dear. There are none from me. We have lived the life that we were meant to live. For right now, this is just wonderful! (squeezing her hands as he brings them to his face and blows a kiss on them) (Still whispering) We aren't being watched by the whole wedding party and their friends right now are we? To cute! (After speaking to the Captain's, Daphne yells out...) Callie, you have to throw your bridal bouquet now! Ladies, all of you over here. (She points to the area right next to where the Aquans are standing) That's right. Shermeen, you stand here. We need to take care of you next. ( at Callie to throw the bouquet Shermeen's way)

Ahhh, yes! I remember now. You asked to speak to me and I couldn't at the time because of the work I needed to finish that night to get the Glowing Edge's opening finished on the first level of the Commons.
I do hope something can be done about your "condition," should you want it changed.
If it isn't a bother, I have a few minutes if you want to make your pitch now?

"Oh no bother at all Mr Smythe. A little back story. Back on Earth my family owned a vineyard..the main office was in Virginia but we had other locations. I only have a few bottles of authentic real wine...the wine here on the station is good mind you but you can tell it's replicated. I have done some research and there are a few planets that could sustain the proper plant life to make some very good wine once again...It would be a massive undertaking but the end result would be worth it."

That is an amazing proposition Mr. Voss, Caleb. May I call you Caleb. And please, call me Winston. I had never given this any thought at all. Although I do know Professor Scifire is trying to find new ways of growing real food to supplement other planets that may ask our help one day in that area. And just in case we'd need emergency assistance. Tell me, have you thought of Solaris's natural grounds for such a venture? Or would it be to small for your needs? Don't tell me, Mother Nature in the raw on a planet would make the grape all that much sweeter?

"While the station could certainly sustain such a venture, there is just something about grapes grown out in the sunlight....it makes for a great wine. There are some planets out there that may be able to fit the bill...I would have to go and take soil samples and conduct experiments and such but think of it...real authentic non replicated wine...right here on the Solaris."

Ensign Callie Truman-Tyler: All right then, here we go! (She nods to Mrs. Kendall and looks behind her real quick to see where Shermeen is standing. Then turning back around where she sees Captain's Gideon and Thomas watching to see how this plays out, she tosses the bouquet and then turns around again to see how her aim was) (The bouquet misses its mark and passes over Shermeen's head even though she raises her arms to try and catch it. She wanted to make Callie feel good. Then over the even taller Ensign Neroon as he/she even tries to catch it) Ensign Shermeen Williams: Darn it! (trying to make her disappointment sound real) Ensign Neroon: (In his female persona) Well I never! (The Bouquet still in its launched trajectory, finally succumbs to gravity and falls from above into the waiting hands of...)

OOC: I'm assuming SST that you are waiting for one of the Aquans to grab it? LOL I see I am first here, so....
(Fluidia looks up as she sees the funny looking androgynous Neroon reaching into the air for the bouquet. Looking not to get knocked over, she quietly moves slightly to the side and....)
OH DEAR!
(Worried that something bad will happen if she gets hit, she raises her hands and catches the bouquet)
Aaaachoooooo! These odd looking plants are not water dwelling ones. Aaaachoooo!

If you are allergic to them, PUT THEM DOWN! And you call yourself a Scientist? (Takes the bouquet from her and hands it to Neroon)
You really know nothing of this culture do you? The throwing of the wedding bouquet is a tradition where the one that catches it is the next to get married.
Really Fluidia, I am relieved the news people aren't here to cover this event.
