It is loud isn't it. When I was on the Kotuku before coming to Solaris, I read up on Earth and Humans. Their traditions and beliefs. I read about their celebrations and the use of "fireworks." But have never seen a display before. It is quite exciting. And much better when shared with someone you care for.  |

Perrin, this was a regular festivity when I was growing up on Earth. Every 4th of July, as we celebrated the founding of America, the whole country, actually the whole world would set of displays like these to celebrate. How I wish I could show you Earth at all its splendor. Winston has really captured the spirit of those times with this display. Absolutely Beautiful! What do you think Sharrel, Jara? Attachments:

*holds on to Dayna a little tight and jumps as of being startled with every explosion...as the lights flash one can see that he is not enjoying this...his thoughts take him back....images, flashes, death and destruction...his breathing gets heavier as his heart beat gets faster
