1. A- Sarina Nyree, Station counselor. I feel that on the occasional outing, a Counselor could be needed to help with moral and any other stressful mental issues a team member may have during the missions. B- I am also from a world far away and would have the perspective to reach out to other beings we find and help with introducing them to our cultures and theirs to us. C- I have traveled through a Stargate not only on my world, but during my stay on the S.S. Kotuku and have the experience of the gate travel to help others who have not and are going through it for their first time.
2. I consider my work on Solaris TEAM WORK. I, along with my patient, must work together to find solutions to their issues. Team work comes naturally for me. And training is always welcome and should be visited to on a regular basis.

My application for the stargate program,
Question 1: My skills are I'm a good shot, I can think on my feet, I would prefer not to shoot unless I have to, I'm good at finding things in city environment, I'm open about how I feel, I am a good pilot, I know basic survival.
Question 2: I can train with a team and train with a team. My problem is when other team members don't play well.

Well this looks simple enough.
Question 1: I am a Nurse in Solaris Humanus' SickBay. I would like to volunteer to join the Program when Doctor's may not be available to go or to join them should they feel the need assistance. My credentials can be found at the Solaris Academy where I graduated 3rd in my medical class or in the SickBay where Dr. Eiluned can be contacted to verify.
Question 2: I am an athletic person and feel ready to take on classes to train physically and mentally for the Program. I work with a team of doctors and nurses everyday in SickBay. Team is my middle name.
There, I think those sound like good answers.

(steps into the Command Centre and finds the station where the Stargate apps are being taken. She pulls one out and sits down to fill it out. She told herself she would not use her longtime friendship with the Captain to get into the program, but realizing that the Captain will be making decisions on this, she doesn't know what to begin with) (To herself) I guess I need to be honest and just fill it out as if I were just another member of the crew. Question-1. I am Chandra Sulee. I think I would bring to the team leadership as I graduated top of my class at the Anaes Colony Flight Academy and Squadron leader afterward for Captain Gideon on the Anaes Colony years ago. Question-2. Working as a member of a team is just natural for someone with my past training. Three years at the Anaes Colony Academy, if you didn't come out a team member, you didn't go any further career wise. I would welcome training for the Program for I am sure there is much new strategic wise to learn.

I have some unique abilities that could prove useful. I'm not afraid to go to new places. I know something of the evil of people. I have a dragon as a body guard a flurble as a friend. (Talking in length about the concerns of joining the program with Kenji, he finally decides on what he should do. He takes an application and fills it out)
1: I am Nigel Black, Nurse Practitioner of Solaris Humanus' medical unit. I would like to serve when needed and my resume and qualifications are attached. (He puts his resume paperclipped to the application.
2: I believe my current position shows the team work used to work day in and day out in Sickbay. More training is always welcome.

(says hello to the Nurse as he leaves the command center and then helps himself to the Gate program applications. He is happy his wife Tahla is busy with getting her shop ready to open so he doesn't have to explain right now what he is doing)
1. Danek teacher at the Solaris Academy. Not only would I like to join the program, but the meeting of different cultures I believe would give me so much more knowledge to be able to share with my students and help give them a more well rounded education. Skills would be the patience to learn from these cultures and help them learn about us. After all, it takes patience to teach children so I believe I excel in that department. (he laughs to himself)
2. I would welcome any training needed to do the work. My discipline in teaching children has given me the ability to strive for excellence not only in that area but also the training I need to keep up with the ever changing needs in the education system on Solaris. Training of any kind is always welcome.

1. Mordecai Bixby. I would like to be considered for the program as interim Botanist when needed. My skill set and experience can be downloaded from the data banks on the Kotuku docked to the station.
2. I work well on a team as shown by my work in Hydroponics with Professor Scifire and Lemnoc. Training for the program is appreciated and expected.
