..tired and sore the bed is really inviting.... Ollie wakes him up after a nighs sleep. not wanting to get out of bed he rolls over ... onto the floor. lol. ya ok I can see you want to go for a run in your garden. ....picking up Ollie he puts Ollie onto the floor so he can beline it to the "sand box" which is really a garden bod for Ollie to play and eat. Flurbles are plant eaters.
...smells his shelf.... yep a shower is in order. ...after that some clean cloths then BREAKIE. the replicator goes into over drive with breakfast. pancakes, bacon with fried eggs, steak, oatmeal, chocolate chip cookies with ice cream. Ollie is having fun in the garden he will leave Ollie there today.... wondering whats the plan for today. ..

(he pulls out a medical tricorder to check his vitals)

(The tricorder does register he is going through a high level of pain)

So the rumors are true. I had heard that on your trip to Azcad you had discovered that you were one with the planet. Must have been not only a wonderful discovery but also a fear of something just like this happening.
Tell me, has the pain subsided just a bit yet?

If you are that connected to Azcad, I'm willing to bet it's going to take time. I would first take some deep breaths if you feel the intense pain coming on. Just breathe deeply and try to relax your body. If you are at home and can take an evening to do so, jump in a bathtub of warm water and continue to breathe deeply. Make it a daily routine for a few days.
This may just be a mind over matter situation.
I can leave you some mild pain med tablets to take if you need help in the beginning till you have it under control?
And I know how much you enjoy doing so, but maybe you should come down to SickBay where we can run some general tests to make sure you are as healthy as you can be. How does that sound?
