Comm to Pebbington-Smythe Industries Engineering
Please accept an incoming data stream, it includes specifications on creating an entire outpost of six buildings, above and two levels below ground, including connections to the buildings below ground, all supplies, and technical securities information has been included. This project takes priority over all others, and is to start immediately, and we are open to any additional improvements not included.

Interesting. Must have had something to do with the Captains trip. (He goes to a computer terminal and downloads the information, sending it to his office at Pebbington-Smythe Industries and also to the engineering port there)
