Solaris was Created in 2002 ? on ezboard
Taptalk took over in 2015 / 2016 and with in the first year, the board were down more then they were up, we lost a lot of members. We had numbered over a thousand.
We moved to Proboard in 2017 and this board was created Aug 17th 2017.
The talktalk boards still exist, and I post occupationaly, to keep them up, as they have a lot of Solaris History. HOWEVER, taptalk was also hacked and alot of the original Kotuku posts were losts.

Solaris Humanus's History, The Beginning of Conflict to Now
History:
Beginnings:
9000 years ago, a solar flare went off from Earths sun, Sol. At this same time, the Earth was giving off extremely high levels of electromagnetic energy, and the flare caught a wave of this energy in its path. The energy sparked up blue, and immediately began degrading. The energy was supercharged, and failed to degrade much further as it travelled through the depths of space.
1200 years later (having travelled just under the speed of light, by the solar flare), the energy was sucked in by the gravity of a planet, Caerulea. It embedded into the surface, and began multiplying. The planet was emitting the same electromagnetic energies that Earth had been giving off, and this helped to speed up the process.
A local organism, the Orthonis, was sucked in by the energy, which had begun to create a sort of instinct system about it. The Orthoni was enveloped by the energy, and its entire mass was burned away, with the exception of its brain. The energy wrapped itself around this brain, and modeled itself in to the same shape that this Orthoni had taken. The Orthonis consciousness and being was changed by the energy, and this being became later known as the Drej Queen, the mother of all Drej.
Ever since, all Drej are modeled in the same form that the Orthoni took. The queen tapped into the web of life on the planet, and destroyed all that was there, creating a desolate wasteland. The Queen, for later use, contained the electromagnetic energies that were, at the time, being emitted. She now had much of the same blue energy to work with, for whatever purpose she so desired. Using this, she created the first mother-ship, of which todays mother-ships are still modeled after. She made the crucial mistake of never creating more energy, and the Mothership was all she had. She gathered up as much of the EM energy she could find in the system, and planned her next move among the stars.
It was now the earth year 4000 BCE, 5000 years after the EM-Solar Flare mistake, and she was ready to set up her empire. For the next 5500 years she pillaged, destroyed, and slaughtered billions of lives, planets, and cultures. In the year 1500 CE, it became apparent to the Queen that the humans of planet Earth could one day be a threat. She kept the humans under her watchful eye, and was only sometimes caught, as with the Roswell 1949 incident. The government of the humans knew of the Drej, but dismissed them as an empire too powerful to think of interfering with their small, insignificant race. When the humans reached their moon in 1969, the Queen grew evermore suspicious and apprehensive. In the next 50 years, humans accomplished great plights in technology, more so than they allowed their people to realize. The Stargate program was operational, there were hidden colonies on the moon, and impulse engines were being designed and tested. The queen knew that action must be taken, and began considering the destruction of her distant cousins. 1000 years later, the Humans had a small empire, and were interacting with other races. The queen knew it was time.
The destruction of Earth
The year was 3028. Mankind had conquered space, and even though it had become routine to travel to the furthest galaxies, humans had always thought Earth would be home. But then the Drej came, predicted for over a thousand years. In little more than an instant, Earth was gone. Many humans escaped, as did the massive Titan vessel. It disappeared in to space, and wasnt heard from for 15 years.
Cale
A young boy named Cale was present at the destruction of Earth. He was aged 4 at the time, and his father piloted the Titan in to the unknown depths of space. Cale eventually found the Titan, but was under pursuit from the Drej. In a moments time, he figured out his solution. The lone Mothership that held all Drej energy, and the queen, was gathered in by the Titan ship, and used to create a planet. Earth II, a.k.a. Planet Bob, was formed. Cale was a hero, and hailed as the savior of mankind. He died six months later.
The 2nd generation (Taken from Natookens & Insighthealers history of Solaris Humanus)
One year after Bob (Earth 2), The Drej Queen, only her essence remaining, implanted deep into the depths of Bob, unknown to those, her essence began to brighten its life force into the very veins of it's inadvertent creation, this new planet. New evil life sowed itself in the planet's goodness. The conception of the second generation Drej Queen set forth.
Since the planet was created on the Drej's energy, the rich resources of the planet, and the continual force of the radiation construction of the planet merged with Drej energy and forced the reconstruction--creating a Drej egg, a Queens egg.
In the months to come, one of the planets continent's resources were depleted. Plant and animal life forms suffered. The egg drained the better part of the one continent's life and energy.
Even in the egg, the Drej Queen's life started out by destroying all that crossed its path. It's own need for survival, commanding all resources around her. It did not take long too cause magmatical problems among the one continental area, creating fiery magma pools that appeared to have been dredged froth from the very depths of hell.
When the queen was moments away from hatching, all life gave out on the now dead continent. The egg was emitting many forms of poisons and radiation. The Queen aware of her actions, as if by instinct, she knew life would suffer by her creation, causing her no rush to hatch.
Later her orgasmic trembling, vibrating through her life force, radiating in the pleasure of it, she first ruptured her shell, causing the pools of liquid magma to nurture her beginning.
Magma erupted out of the ground with such force, that the planet felt her trembling. With super intensity volcanoes spewed lava by the tons. Animals that were barley alive had no means of survival. Creatures left and right were caught in the charismatic uproar. Ashes and gasses consumed the continent and spread planet wide.
As she broke free, the one continent exploded. She rose out of the ground faster than light. Everything shot into the air: Rocks and chunks of land, turning land into air meteoroids. Hitting ships taking off, and magma burning into the waters.
She broke free in to space; she flew away to kill; away to destroy.Pain and suffering all around, bitterness. It was this time, when things seemed as if they
could not get worse, but fact had it, it was only the beginning. People lives were lost, and destruction continued all over.
Expansion
The Drej Queen knew that this time around, having the same knowledge of her predecessor, she would need to increase her numbers. She gave up part of herself to create energy, and continued a reaction using the same energy to reproduce itself. In this method she learned to create energy from energy. She settled in the Babop system, and took over the planets within, turning them to pure energy with the exception of their cores. The star was converted, once again with the exception of its core, to blue energy, and began giving off Drej energy (thus increasing the Queens power in the system). Under this system of control, no life could exist on the planets except for Drej. The atmospheres were removed, as the Drej did not need air to breath. Defense mechanisms, satellites, ion cannons, and countless forms of security were placed around the system. Nothing has ever gone to the Babop system and returned. The queen herself resides on the planet closest to Babop (the star), Drej Prime. The queen set up colonies in surrounding systems, including Tiberia in the Parpat system.
The Present
The present is unforeseen. The Drej have once more begun taking an active role in the destruction of humanity. However, they have rivals to their cause. Almost all of the known races in the known Otega quadrant are against them. The allies of the humans, almost countless, wish them to perish. The future is controllable, and uncreated as of yet. Only the past is set in concrete.
