Good grief! This isn't the time for that Omnaris. *Hearing Princess Lorca suffering thru the pains of childbirth, he doesn't give a thought to sending a comm to Sickbay but reacts without hesitation to help. He grabs both arms of his chair, lifts himself up and jumps into the water, landing on his stomach slowly dragging himself to the Princess* Princess, just hold on to my hand and I will comm the Medic to transport here immediately. Aahhhhh! Its coming Professor, its coming! Please, Aquan babies must be delivered in the water. They take their first important breaths from the oxygen in the water. That is how they learn to live in both worlds on Tera.

(A fine bluish grey mist begins to envelope Lorca and the Professor's hands as he holds hers. Just transparent enough that you can still see her. Her body then begins to convulse, slowly to which it is not supposed to do)
Professor, I feel your energy and mine coming together now. Do not be alarmed. This is a normal process. In a moment, you may feel light headed or drained of energy. You will not be harmed. It is just my body pulling from you the energy I need to deliver my smolt.
