*simply nods...showing much concern for the mention of the Gou-uld. Turns to face everyone.
"Has the Gou-uld every been a problem here?"

In a male tone: I'm sorry Major, I've little to no knowledge of them or what they are capable of. There isn't much in the Security Database on them back on Solaris. Then in a female tone: Are they Mean?

"The Goa'uld are a symbiotic race of ancient. They are parasites integrated within a host. The resulting creatures are a powerful race bent on galactic conquest and domination, largely without pity, compassion, or remorse. A very bad entity. As you may or may not know I came here via a quantum mirror….an alternate reality. Where I come from the Goa-uld were in cahoots with the Drej….We didn’t stand a chance against them."

They were the ones that created that sarcophagus I was kept in by Mosby, weren't they William? Oh my God!

"We need to coordinate with Sharrel about her passenger. Obviously we shouldn't set up a lab here so I think other arrangements need to be made...With this new information that Reny has uncovered I REALLY need to get down to that crash site."

Via the Com
So the Drej are working with a Goa'uld and Braxxul, they have turned into quite the social butterflies.
Sensor probes deployed to both the crash site and to the Drej ship’s location.
We know Col Mosby had access to Goa'uld technology. It seems too much of a coincidence that we find a Goa'uld here. I would not be surprised if they have a base here.

Nope we really can’t set up a lab here. If there is a Goa'uld base here then they may have eyes or at least sensors on the crash site.

Has it not been there for quite some time? If the Drej and or Goa’uld have a base here I would have thought they would’ve picked it over by now.
They might not have tried to pull data off the computers though, that might give us something.
Do we have a link to the drones, are they getting anything?

It looks pretty quiet Tanya, we found it because we knew what we were looking for. There are power fluctuations but they are small, not something a general sensor sweep would pick up.
I cannot get an accurate reading from inside the ship, we will need an away team to open it up.
The vegetation looks dense and undisturbed.
Structural integrity looks to be maintained, if it wasn’t then we could get a better reading. I think there might be a biometric lock on the hatch, it could be coded but from what the drones can see through the vegetation it looks more like a biometric.
I don’t see any breaks or trails that would indicate it had been disturbed. I am sending over the camera feeds in case I have missed anything.

*what shows on the monitors is Earth High Command technology. Not from this timeline. Something from Major Voss reality. Technology that didn't exist in this reality. There is similar technology here but this particular is distinct.

Lt. Kendall: I'd have to agree with Tanya Doc. Something that appears to have been around so long..I really doubt there is anything on that ship that would help us find answers to today's questions. Attachments:

Ok we have three main objectives as I see it,
First Find out what is in that cave. It is being guarded so it is important in some way and might give us an insight into what is going on between the Goa’uld and Drej.
Second Explore the site and retrieve any intel or technology we can. We know that Mosby had access to Goa’uld technology so again we might get an insight into the dynamics of any alliance or at least intel on Goa’uld bases or locations if the navigational computer is salvageable.
Third find the location of the Drej base. We don’t have the location of the planet they mentioned but Alia gave us a starting point for a search. If we are lucky the bug will lead us straight there.
I know your main priority is to get your wife back Adam but we need as much information as we can get to do that.
Major do you concur?

“I concur as well. I can’t help but wonder if getting the answer to any of these will help answer the other ones. I would like to set down close to the wreck site and lay eyes on it. It’s far enough away from the cave as to not draw any attention. My ship can remain in stealth while on the ground. Perhaps Reny will be able to uncover more information from the cave?”
*looks to Tanya and continues to speak on commas
“Where can we set up a lab for Adam?”

I don’t think setting up a lab here would be a good idea. I think perhaps that goes on the back burner until we deal with at least issues one and two.
I feel like the Drej should be the main priority but I also have the feeling that we might need to leave the cave and the planet at a run if and when we engage the Drej so if we don’t explore the crash site first, or at the same time we might lose the chance.

“Ensign I’ll take you up on that offer. Tanya, Dayna...I’m going down there. We can either beam down or I can set the ship down. There is a natural clearing a few 100 yards from the site. The ship will remain in stealth mode and we shouldn’t be detected.”

OCC I spoke to the drej and this is what the drej told me: There may be some residual radiation signs of the Drej presence around the crash site of Mosby's ship, so they are aware of at least some of the Gou'ald technology, but left the wreck as is, and that the cavern is the only place that the Drej inhabit now on Chai.

*sensirs pick up explosion in the upper atmosphere (Drew ship from the other thread). An alarm sounds
“Scratch that. Not sure what is going on with that. Making preparations to exit...quickly”

Sin is picking up an explosion in the upper atmosphere, Oliver are you picking up anything from the bug Reny planted or was the explosion the Drej ship. And is Reny ok? Do you have him on coms?

...open comm to all... I read Sleath, Sharrel. the exposing was the drej ship the bug was tracking the ship then the ship exploded. Reny is not on comm I am monitoring his life signs and scanning the cavern he appears ok. I don't want to comm him, he entered the cavern and there is that Gould thing in there. He is still near the entrance of the cavern. I will be using his comm to monitor his life signs. I can't scan the cavern depth but will keep him on lock for transport.
