While the music still plays he gets up and starts to tidy up the place. It's obvious that he has not cared much lately for keeping things clean. "Perhaps a remodel is in order? If this is going to be home then it should be a nice home." *his thoughts focus on Dayna and trying to build a new life with her as well as contributing to the overall good of the station. I'm so tired of playing the damsel in distress. Please believe me when I say I am so tired of that.
My chat with Sarina...it led to some disturbing thoughts for both of us.
At least it did for me.

Yes, both Sarina and I.
She pointed out that every time I hear that sound...the sound of an infant crying, its always when you and I are together. What that means I have no clue. But the look on Sarina's face tells me she suspects something. But what exactly that something is eludes me.
She wants me to take it easy, go have fun and relax. I guess she wants to see if it is tension related. If I stop hearing that sound, well....I am also worried she will come to the conclusion that I'm a bit OFF mentally. :-/

"Well I wandered into the Stargate area just to see what was going on if anything,...well she popped in behind me and we started talking. She started asking a lot of hypothetical questions..you know...what if this or what if that. What would I do as a commander of a hypothetical mission. Questions about procedures and things of that nature if I were in a command situation. I guess it went well as I am sure she will report this conversation to the Captain upon her return."

The Drej really did a number on me you see. The effects sometimes never go away....usually the victims would die. My father knows more about this than I do because he was trying to save us...Clay and I. Anyway it took something traumatic or extremely emotional to finally break free. That night you came to me on the Stealth....I was a mess before.....I was so overwhelmed with intense emotions after that night on my ship.....well...like I said. If it weren't for you I wouldn't be here."

"I've given this some thought. I would like to conduct an investigation concerning just what Clay did. I want to trace his steps and see what he did. It would all start with the Earth High Command ship of my fathers. I just need access to it. Then we trace his route to where they finally caught up with Clay and go from there."

"Well I don't anticipate any sort of danger. From what I hear he crashed on a planet somewhere and spent months there alone before being picked up and brought here. That being said perhaps there are some clues he left behind. His crash site should be abandoned....so I was thinking of taking the Stealth and spending a few days and investigate."
