Its a very hard choice, plus spring is always slow, people escaping outside after along winter, trying to get over the winter blues / cabin fever.
On one hand, a fresh start is always wonderful, you can do whatever you want without the restrictions of any previous obligations.
On the other hand, if you feel that you can still do a lot with your old character then go for it.

After some thought, my own personal opinion would be to start fresh, maybe because its spring, and I can't wait to plant the garden and see it grow, and in a similar way, you would also see your new character grow.

I loved Astraea, but since you are on a new board, why don't you try a new character? It would be a new, FRESH and EXCITING start for you here!!
