I've tired a few and had gotten very frustrated, and some offer free accounts and then re-direct you to another hosting company which won't allow hot linking.
At least this one openly allows hot linking and is free, and works.

By creating an account you can create your own gallery folders.

Some of the big name companies, will freely allow you to put your images up, but don't allow you to hotlink.
