(grabs his hand, as he picks himself up out of the chair) You go inside and clean up, brush your teeth and I'll be there in a moment.

*stands up and smiles.
“Don’t take too long ok?”
*walks inside into the bedroom. Gets cleaned up, teeth brushed. Just some boxers on he sits by the fire and relaxes.

(As he sits by the fire, already cleaned up before she came to the holosuite, she changes into a nightgown and walks in and sits next to him)

*Smiles and puts his arm around her and leans over and kisses her on the side of head.
"Why thank you.....the holodeck is amazing and does provide a nice escape."
*looks back at the fire
"Something peaceful about just gazing into a nice fire.....holding someone you love."

*sinks further into the couch with his arm around her. The warmth of the fire and evening sounds of the forest just outside the windows brings a sense of calm and peacefulness to the chaos of what has happened the last few days.
"I don't either."
*leans his head back and closes his eyes

(she wakes as the embers of the once robust fire are about to burn out. She gets up carefully without waking him and grabs a blanket off the bed putting it over the both of them and snuggles up for a comfortable night)

*upon waking in the morning the room is filled with a ray of light coming in through the open window. Morning birds are starting to sing as the forest comes alive once again. Able to get up without waking her he gets the fire going and puts on a pot of coffee. Grabs a cup and pours a nice hot cup and steps out on the porch and leans against the rail and just enjoys the freshness of the morning. Looks back into the cabin and can see Dayna still sleeping peacefully.
“Yeah William....you’re a very fortunate man.” He whispers to himself

(Sensing a movement, still asleep, she pulls all the blanket up around her. Comfortable, she drifts off into a deeper sleep. But it is soon interrupted. She wakes and William hears a scream)
Aahhhhhhhhhhh! Nnnoooooooooooooooo!
(she begins to sob)

*As she falls asleep he gently picks her up and carries her to the bed. Covers her with a blanket and then starts the fire again to get the chill out of the air.

Quite honestly, yes! I've really never had trouble sleeping well. And I've never had much in the way of nightmares. But this one...
William, it always starts out the same way. I am sitting in a room, its very comfortable. Then I feel enclosed, boxed in and then it goes dark. The dark fades to light again and then I hear a baby crying. Its so close I can almost touch it. Then the darkness comes again and I wake up screaming.
I don't know what I am going to do if these nightmares are coming back.

"Well I'm glad you slept good. It's morning now and it feels really nice out.....about your dreams though...I can't help but wonder if this has something to do with the what happened to you. You were with child when you were taken and when you returned you were not. There are just so many unanswered questions. First things first though...I think it may be a good idea to speak with Sarina and maybe someone on the medical staff. Second....after the Stealth is fixed I am going back to Chai. I have a feeling there are answers there."
*as the fire cracks and pops in the fireplace a gentle breeze through the trees can be heard outside.
