This is Captain Thomas speaking to you from the Command Centre, I've wanted to update the people of Solaris about Talusia Prime.

Myself and Away team left Solaris to travel to Talusia after rumours started appearing on Solaris. What we found was disturbing, and you may find listing to this upsetting, if that is the case, please have someone else listen for you, with whom you can talk to later.


We discovered that the hostage takers were drej, with some creative hard work on all of the Solaris Away Team, the populace was rescued with some injuries, but no deaths. The hostages were transported to The Titan which arrived from Solaris, along with the Yamato for protection, once The Titan was a safe distance way.

The drej, not knowing we were off of and away from the planet, returned to destroy the planet.

After that, The Titian and other ships from Solaris, were plotting a long route home safely, to make sure the drej were not following, and in the process, we were visited by The Ancients, who took all, but a few of the Colonists to a safe new home. We don't know the location, but we trust the Ancient, the others a few of them returned here to Solaris.

The Mayor of the colony survived, and after talking with her, and then taking a vote from the population, they all voted to go, except for the few who arrived on Solaris with us.

Yes, we do know what the drej are capable of, and I am not going to say that we are 100 percent safe no matter where we are in the universe, there are always going to be drej, the most important thing to remember, is that we do the absolute best we can, and we have some amazingly skilled people, that are always on the lookout for Solaris and keeping its people safe.

Solaris as most know, is built from Ancient technology, and we were given the care of Solaris, and Solaris will take care of us, it has a few surprises that the drej aren't aware of.

Another way, that we can help to keep ourselves safe is through the New Stargate Program, the more people and races we can meet, that will help all of us to build a unified front, and become stronger against the drej.
