(As she and Bosko walk into her quarters...)
There we go boy. Now you stay here in the living room and relax a bit while I go take a shower and dress for the festivities this evening.
(as she turns to go to her room she rethinks that plan)
But first, I want to make sure my door is secure.
(She walks back to the door and reaches for the button to talk to the computer. As she looks at her hand, she can see it is shaking very heavily. She grabs it with the other hand and tries to calm it. It helps but it still shakes uncontrollably)
Computer, please secure my quarters door so that it opens only on my voice command please.
(As the computer verifies to her that her request was activated, she sees both hands shaking now.)
Gulp, just go take your shower Dayna, its going to be alright.
(she looks at Bosko and gives him a nervous smile)
Watch the door Bosko. Thank you for coming back here with me.
(Goes to her room to get ready for the Gala)

*It's been about 45 minutes. Walks up to Dayna's door and rings the chime. Wearing formal attire with a bottle of wine and some flowers.

(pets Bosko on his head as she passes him to answer the door in her flowing satin dress. She looks out the small hole to see who it is) Computer, open the door to my quarters please. (she stands there in the doorway, dressed to the hilt and a smile on her face when she sees her man) Oh my, aren't you the dapper fellow. You do clean up nicely.  |

Aren't you sweet. I think a little glass of wine would do us both some good after the day we've had. Please sit and I'll go get the glasses. (as she goes into the kitchen for the glasses) The new Restaurants will be opening tonight also so we can grab something to eat and drink later there. I am really looking forward to it. We haven't had a night OUT like this in ages. |

(As she pulls a glass out of the cabinet, her hand shaking, she drops it and it hits the counter and breaks. Instinctively, she reaches for it and gets a small cut on her little finger and the bleeding begins) Ohhhh!  This is not the way I wanted to start our evening.  |

*Hearing the glass break he rushes in
"Oh my...come and sit. Let's get that taken care of."
*grabs a first aid kit and takes care of the cut.
"Ok...keep a little pressure on that and I'll get this broken glass cleaned up."

(He notices how badly her hands are shaking but doesn't seem to say anything to her)
I'm so clumsy, thank you darling.
(She leans forward and props quietly her head on her hand and closes her eyes. Tears begin to flow down her cheeks)

*After cleaning up the glass he walks over and kneels down in front of her and gently lifts her chin with his fingers and takes her hands in his
"There now...it's ok....What's got you shaking so?" (in a soft soothing voice...he guesses what it could be but figures it may help to talk about it.)

(She squeezes his hands)
I'm just overwhelmed with your Mosby news and what with the Gala opening we need to attend, its all just a bit of a whirlwind to take in during one day. But I will be fine.

Yes, I want to go. I've been looking forward to this for so long. And I want to see the Professor in his new suit. I know he is looking for a little support since he is still in that wheelchair. Sharrel will give it to him but I want him to know we are all there for him.
And the children. They are all looking forward to going and I want to see them all dressed to the hilt.
No, we are not going to miss this for one Mr. Mosby.
(she stands)
If you don't mind holding a girl's hand that is bandaged, shall we go?
(she holds out her hand to him)
