"Security...weapons out and open. You're with me to step out and inspect the ship. I don't know what sort of wildlife is on this planet so keep a sharp eye out. Sarina if you could take an inventory of how much food and water we have on hand...Dayna,...try sending a distress signal back to Solaris. Nigel, see what sort of supplies we have for medical as far as first aid kits and such. Let's move."

Major, I am not getting any readings of my attempts to send out a distress signal. With the Stealth's comms down, it must also mean no messages going out either. I'll continue to try.

Major, food stores and water seem to be OK. All monitors are in the green. The water recycling units are operating at optimal capacity. We should be fine for our trip back to Solaris.

*The Stealth has sustained considerable damage. One of the engines is hanging by a thread….the other is not there.

*Takes a deep breath
"There are two main engines along with the hyper drive. One engine is just barely hanging on. The other one is....well it's gone. The Communication Module on the outside of the ship is gone as well. We have no way of letting Solaris know where we are and they have no way to find us. I don't even know what planet this is."
"The ships power is going to run out. The Stealth can be repaired but not without outside help. She'll never fly again and we have no way to let anyone know. I'm afraid we are stuck here for the time being. The good news is we do have food and running water can be heard off in the distance. I'll go find it and make sure it's drinkable. There is a Stargate on this planet....I'm hoping I was able to get in the area but no way to tell. Not exactly good news but we are alive and there is water. The ship is sitting well planted in the ground so no danger of us moving."
*looks around
"Make no mistake....we are ALL going to make it home."

*with power slowly going out a holographic display appears in the middle of the room. It's a topographical presentation of the geography of this planet. Two red dots...one showing the location of the Stealth...the other showing the location of the Stargate. It's very rugged rocky terrain. There is a huge mountain range between the two. Also shows the location of several small streams.
*Speaking slowly and in a voice that is getting deeper..."Major Voss....there is a great distance........" goes dead.

Ensign Carter: Are you sure Major? Maybe the sooner we find the Stargate and return to Solaris, the sooner we can get back here to get some engineers on site to check her out.
