“I want to personally thank each of you for coming along on this mission. Should be a simple recovery mission to retrieve Mosby’s ship from the surface. My hope is to be able to access the technology within. That is the primary mission….secondary it to leave the planet as if nothing was ever there.”
*Looks at Dayna and then smiles
“Once we get the ship off the surface and on board we can then decide if we are going to take it back to Solaris or perhaps the alpha site.”

Oh Sarina, I think I am losing control of my mind again.  After my sessions with you, I had really begun to do as you suggested and all those sounds were all but gone. But today just before we launched, and just now, I am hearing the crying baby again. Not as intense, but they are beginning to come frequently again and I fear will take me over. (Takes Sarina's hands in hers) I'm scared!  |

Alright now, don't panic. You keep doing the deep breathing exercises and stay calm. This all could be brought on by your knowledge of us going to that wreckage. You have a history with it and of course you would be apprehensive. Any one would be.
Lets go back in and finish our meal. You need to keep up your strength. Just be calm. Dealing head on with this situation with the wreckage could be just what you need to overcome what your mind is putting you through. I'll be right there with you.
OK, you ready?

(taps Baxter on the shoulder as he leaves the bridge for the Cafeteria) Ensign Carter: Its good to get off the station from time to time. And I think any mission should have a security team aboard. You never know when they will be needed. I hope we aren't, but hey, you never know.

Ensign Baxter: (smiles at everyone, then speaks to Nigel) So Nigel, how are you and Kenji getting along? He's been so busy with his management position with Pebbington-Smythe, I haven't seen him.

Carter, I agree. It never hurts to have back up. We don't get off station enough. If we are going to know whats in the area, we need to explore the area and people and get to know it.

Quite honestly Donovan, I haven't seen a whole lot of him either. Between his schedule and my working with the Stargate program now, it's been hit or miss getting to spend time together. But I think things are going well enough that I was going to ask him to move into my quarters with me. |
