Physically I feel fine. My legs feel just a wee bit weak in the knees but with the electroshock therapy I was doing, I'm not surprised. Sharrel gave me the OK to leave SickBay earlier, but to be careful.
The shock of the baby coming in my little lake in the gardens and no one around to help the Princess deliver, I just got up and went to assist her. I didn't even think about until she mentioned it when I got to her.

Sits down with Sci.
The first team has finished, or is about to finish their training, I joined them in visiting our off world Alpha site, and they should be back any time. The Ambassador is going to try to find a "friendly" world to visit, as best as he can with his knowledge and expereince, and they will go on their first off world mission.
It was an interesting expereince going through the gate, and I was a bit wobbly, but we knew it was a safe location to go to, and have a practice run through the gate.

Well Mother, I was only looking out for the best for Tera. After all, you asked Captain Gideon to join us as Ambassador to Tera. I think Professor Scifire would be a welcome addition to our sciences division.

Of course I do dear, but that is a totally different matter. We didn't come here to take all of Solaris' staff back home with us. Our need for Captain Gideon's services and Solaris Humanus' partnership are urgent.
And can you imagine your Aunt Fluidia's reaction to the Professor joining the Science staff?

I guess you are right. The Professor needs to make his own decisions and Aunt Fluidia? The look on her face would be priceless.  In my opinion, she needs brought down a peg or two. But until the right situation comes along, I will refrain from trying to change things and leave those decisions to you and Dar.  |
