Tanya beams into her quarters from the Demon Hawk.
Her quarters are modern and uncluttered mostly decorated in greys, silvers and light blues.
The spare room however has a small holo emitter and when activated the room looks like a jungle clearing with a scattering of large rocks and fallen trees.

I'm looking for your opinion on two people, one is Oliver, and the other is Major Voss; about Oliver, I want to go and talk to him about his trip to Azcad, but the Solaris Computer tells me he is sleeping. I was wondering what is general outlook has been since he has been on Azcad, or your opinion of him since Azcad, and for the Major you what are your thoughts about how he preformed on The Titan during the colonists rescue. And how are you?

Please have a seat.
Oliver is doing well with a very large change. Azcad’s population had hidden underground and not only is he not the last of his people he is technically their King. I don’t think he has quite processed that but everything was very frantic. I think he and Kate need to go back and come to terms with that.
Oliver seems stronger and more grounded. It makes me glad to see him overcoming the trauma and pain of the past.
Major Voss acquitted himself well. There were a few bumps along the way and I might not have agreed with all his decisions but for a first away mission, and one that was more difficult than intended I think it went well enough. Although he and Renny had a bit of a clash.
I would suggest that a formal training program is set up before live missions start. The holodeck would be useful to run through some different scenarios and allow the team or teams to gel.
I’m fine, I will be better once I have time to shift and go for a run in the holodeck. My cat is getting restless.
How are you? Sharrel filled me in on what you think the Drej are doing to increase their numbers. The theory is extremely disturbing.

Thank you,
Sits on the chesterfield.
King? Wow, I am totally taken a back, and happy that he is finding more grounding, and to hear he is not the last of his kind, he must have been elated to find the others.
After a few moments of thought.
Do you think he is starting to ground because he went back to Azcad, found the population, or that he is king?
That is good to hear about the Major, and you certainly nailed a summary of that away mission, it was a rescue and went sideways in every single way possible; a clash with Reny? Do you recall what that clash was?
I hope you book that holodeck for a good few days.
I am fine, but a bit unsettled, and some of that is what the drej are doing, some of it is little pieces of different subjects rolled into a knot, I feel like I'm missing something, and if I can identify that something, then everything will be all right.
If the drej are indeed doing what we suspect, we need to completely reboot our ideas on how to combat the drej.

I think Oliver has been getting stronger for a while, I think Ollie did more for him than finding out about his family history. In fact I think that his status and all the responsibility that would go with it have not sunk in yet.
We had to leave in a rush. I would like to go back and learn more about the people and the planet.
I am not sure what started the tension between Renny and Major Voss, I was busy trying to work out that Drej pod. I do know he asked Sharrel to relieve the Major of command. You would need to speak to Renny and the Major for more detail.

Who is Ollie?
I hope he is able to let us know when he is feeling overwhelmed, that is a huge responsibility.
Do you think that what ever it is, the Major and Reny will be able to work together in the future?

Ollie is a Flurble, although I may be mispronouncing that.
I think there is some kind of symbiotic relationship between the two species. I think if things had been different and Oliver and bonded with a Flurble earlier he might have been better able to cope with at least some of the trauma. Azcad is a bit like Arcadia in that it is alive and sentient in a way. I have a feeling the people, plants and animal are interconnected on some level.
I wonder what Sharrel and the planet would make of each other.
I don’t know your friend well, so I don’t know how he will react to Gar or Lee or whatever we are calling him now. Gar would probably be ok to put it behind him, but I am not sure that Reny would be willing to take orders from him. I think you are going to have to discuss that with him.

I'll have to ask Oliver for an introduction to Ollie.
That symbiotic relationship sounds fascinating, and is this for all Azcadians? I seem to remember Kate has a Flurble, and there is a young lady on the station, Jara? I think that is her name, I haven't seen her in a while, but she has a Flurble, and I don't think she is Azcadian, You say the planet is alive and sentient?
I may ask Oliver, for a trip to his planet sometime, maybe Sharrel would like to come and we can find out.
I'll talk with Reny, I would like him to be part of the stargate team, so getting along with the others would be ideal, he might be a bit rough around the edges sometimes, but he is a good one to have on our side.

It is very alive and aware to a certain degree. From what we were told the planet was dying, there is a link between the Royal bloodline and the planet that needs to be renewed periodically.
The Elders thought the Neoplains bloodline wiped out so we ended up thrown into a ritual to bond Oliver and Kate to the planet. There wasn’t much time for explanations and we left immediately after without really saying our farewells which might be a bit awkward when we go back.
Did the Dragon Shifter get settled onto the station? I think he might be either a guard or at least someone to watch over Oliver.

I don't really know, I haven't spoken to Oliver yet, and I had completely forgotten about that.
(OOC - I'm not entirely sure I knew about that in character, but assuming so.)

OOC: Hi! This is a quick profile of Sil'el that the Captain mentioned above just in case any readers aren't sure of who she is.
Sil'el was born on Azcad, Flurble's homeworld. They have a deep spiritual connection with Azcadians. They cannot speak but do have a telepathic link with them and after a time, to an extent with others that develop a close relationship with them. When evil Overlord Braxxul decimated Azcad, she frantically found her way on his vessel when trying to hide from the destruction. She found herself on Tera when Braxxul returned there with captured Oliver Neoplains, an Azcadian man. As Oliver was imprisoned, Sil'el stayed close by as the connection between Flurble and Axcadian was the only constant she then knew. Although they were never together. Eventually, she was given to another prisoner, Jara Dufeen by then servant and fellow prisoner Ghedra of Borough as a way to keep her occupied while imprisoned. Now bonded and belonging to Jara, they both escaped Braxxul's clutches and after a daring rescue, reside safely on Solaris Humanus.

Captain, I'm picking up on long range sensors, what appears to be a ship following us.

A ship following us?
Have a unmanned cloaked decoy ship leave the station, de-cloak and approach the other ship from behind.

Of course, I hope they are just guessing at our location and not actually able up see us.

We are taking a flight around the Omoaes system, the engines on the station hadn't been run in this way in thousands, eons, it actually turns out we have four different engines, the max speed we can reach is warp 4, we are currently at warp 2 but there is a Tans Warp, Quantum Slip and an FTL drive. I had no idea, but we are still limited by our size, it would be enough to disappear from danger, and no one could follow, but the recovery time from using those engines is up to a couple of days.
They might be able to pick up our trail if they were looking for us, as we are still cloaked.

They could possibly pick up our ion trail, do we have any decoy probes configured to match our neutrino signature? If not Sin might be able to reconfigure some of his decoys.

They could, we don't have any decoy probes to match our neutrino signature, but that is a brilliant idea, that would be wonderful, and if Sin could send the specs to Engineering, then we can send a ship ahead of us to deploy more probes.

I will ask him to send down the specs, you will need sensor scans of our ion emissions so the probes can be configured to match.
If needed Sin could deploy some of the scatter bombs, they obscure any trail by flooding the area with background radiation. It isn’t elegant and it can interfere with communications but they have gotten Sin out of some tight spots in the past.

Sin is absolutely brilliant, maybe Sin, came go into standby ready mode, we'll see who is following first, but I really like that idea for all of Solaris's ships and Solaris its self.
