I am not detecting any harmful amount of radiation or Drej residue on your person Mr Reny. All scans show readings in normal parameters. Although I would recommend a long sonic shower once you return from your mission. The Captain does like to keep the Drifter clean.

Sin is picking up an explosion in the upper atmosphere, Oliver are you picking up anything from the bug Reny planted or was the explosion the Drej ship. And is Reny ok? Do you have him on coms?

...open comm to all... I read Sleath, Sharrel, the exposing was the drej ship the bug was tracking the ship then the ship exploded. Reny is not on comm I am monitoring his life signs and scanning the cavern he appears ok. I don't want to comm him, he entered the cavern and there is that Gould thing in there. He is still near the entrance of the cavern. I will be using his comm to monitor his life signs. I can't scan the cavern depth but will keep him on lock for transport.

The latest upgrade to Drej technology does have its issues with comms. The radiation may not be much, but what is there interferes with communications. The area should be clear in a few moments.

Oliver there is a thing down here, you should have heard it. That thing has some strange armor and there is one drej left. If that thing, it calls itself Koloth leaves the cave then I can go back in and kill the drej and get whom ever the human is that they have prisoner.

Mr. Neoplains, my sensors have lost contact with Mr. Reny. He may have ventured further into the cavern than my sensors can detect. But I am picking up a signal that has broke the planets atmosphere. From all indications, it is a distress call but I have no further information as to where it is headed. There is no other spacecraft currently in the vicinity of Chai.

A signal can you decode it? I don't feel good about that. Lets go into lower orbit to see if we can get Reny's signal back.
