Lets lay all the cards out on the table Miranda shall we?
I had to find a way to get into GW Enterprises Corporate Offices here on Solaris. My time spent on Talusia Prime was to find a way to do that. I met Justin Morgan during one evening at a bar while I was trying to figure out just how to do that. When I found out he was working at one of Willoway's pilot firms, I stayed and decided to see what info he could get me.
The poor man can't hold his liquor. He was drunk in no time, one thing lead to another and by evenings end, he let me know how depressed he was keeping a long kept secret from his wife. That's when he told me that he had a brief affair with you, Grayson Willoway's Sister. That's when I knew I had my way in. Neither of you wanted your affair to be known, certainly not by his wife. Nor the fact that you both created a life that she ended up adopting as her own because she couldn't have any children. Can you imagine the disgrace of finding out you had adopted your husbands bastard child?
Once he was sobered up a day later, I confronted him and told him that he had my complete silence, IF he got me in the door at GW Enterprises. He helped me secure an entry level position at the consulting firm you were in charge of on Talusia Prime. Which then lead to my getting a job here at the corporate offices. Grayson was a little difficult to convince to hire me, but he took the chance since I already had been working for the company on Talusia Prime.
Quite simple, don't you agree?

You don't understand. There was a bigger prize in the offering. Just getting into GW Enterprises wasn't the issue. I had to establish myself there so when I came to Solaris, Grayson would see my value and hire me without hesitation. I had to be in a place of some power, and quickly if I was going to use my power to stick it to my Father!  |

Please, he is just a means to an end. My Father is Winston Pebbington-Smythe. And now that I am here in GW Enterprises employment, where both companies corporate offices are, I can use whatever means I need to undermine P-B Industries.
He is going to pay for the life he denied my Mother and I.
Unless you are going to go to Grayson with this and have me fired?

You deserve worse Jillian. But I know exactly how this will play out. If he were to find this all out, he'd make sure you stayed with the company and made Winston's life a living Hell! And you know that.
Well played. I will be keeping an eye on you. I don't have anything against Winston, but he is the competition. So for now, I will keep silent.
Now as for Zachary. Does he know I am his Mother? Am I not going to get to tell him that myself?

Unless his Father told him before he died, no. As far as I know, he only knows that he was adopted by the Morgans. He does know that Justin was his biological Father.
You get to tell him your news. I just hope he takes it well. Sadly, what I did wasn't supposed to be information for him to get his hands on. I can only assume his Father felt such guilt that he had to relieve a portion of it and tell him. But how he found out is unknown to me.
Word to the wise...give it some serious thought before you just blurt out that you are his Mother. I know from experience that parents aren't perfect. That they should protect their children, not keep secrets from them.
