EMH, a bunch of us went on a vacation, and I say that with sarcasm. The Ancient was kind enough to send us on a cruise in the year 1998, the cruise ship we were on was attacked. Some of us assume it was attacked because of us. Most of the passengers disappeared and we are left mostly with the SH group, except Clay. We don't know who attacked us or why. Before we left Earth 1998, the Captain asked me to quiz Clay to see if he really wanted to leave his life behind. He did, so we brought him with us. He also doesn't know about what happened to Earth. He also doesn't know about all the alien races who want us dead. Turns to Clay. There was a person with your name and looks who caused a lot of hurt. That is why the EMH thinks you need to be locked up. He thinks you are that person. You might have to under go and brain psy scan to prove you are not him. Only the Captain can authorize that. You would have to consent.

You won't be poked and prodded. Our medicine is non-invasive. More advanced then you could ever imagine. The bed you are on is reading every part of your body. Don't worry you are safe here. EMH can you call Sarina? Sarina is a nice lady she can explain stuff better to you then either I or the EMH can. Remember I'm a ghost. I have always lived in the city that is on Deck 13. You'll like Sarina, she is also very pretty. Takes her human form again. Takes and holds his hand. Its going to be ok. You have a lot to get used to. Would you like to watch a movie while the bed you are on completes its medical physical of you.

Your services are needed. Now Mr. Mosby. Just lay back and relax. These tests as Eviy said are non invasice and will only take a few minutes. (walks over to the computer and inputs the tests he wishes to run)
