Hello Major Voss. We apologize for making you wait. I am sure it feels like you have already been waiting days. To let you know, Donny is currently doing very well and just happens to be napping at the moment. Very unaware of how much his parents are worried about him. The Doctor is looking over Donny's test results now. He wants to be thorough, so give him another hour or so to look through the results. We all want whats best for the little slugger. Now I think I am so hyped talking about the future with Donny, I don't think I can go to sleep.
There is so much to plan. So many people to let know we have a Son.
(she lays her head on his shoulder)
I do want to see Tahla about clothes for the little guy.
And, (yawning) we have to get a crib, bassinet....furniture for a nur...nurse...nursery.....(she drifts off to sleep)

*as the fire crackles in the fireplace…a gentle breeze is heard through the open door onto the front porch. Night time falls and peaceful slumber has taken over. For the first time in a long time restful sleep has arrived.

*slowly wakes as Dayna lays sleeping. He pulls the blanket up covering her and gets up and places another log on the fire. The morning has dawned as sunlight begins to dance through the trees. The birds are starting to sing as nature wakes from
It’s slumber.
Coffee is brewing on the wood stove. Pours himself a cup and steps out on the porch to feel the gentle breeze on his skin. Sits down and puts his feet up and just enjoys the morning while waiting for Dayna to wake.
