Welcome & Character Registration

Ahh, so you do remember me. Awesome. :D

Well, I'm going through the paces, docking, medical examiner next, security registration...booking a suite (hope they have private refreshers) and then see about what's going on with my ship. Marina has deja-vu of familiarity about Solarus, but she swears she had never been here before. It's kind of a fresh start with that feeling of having been through it before. Of course, everything will be different and ever changing, so it's not the repeat of the same experience over and over again. just a familiarity feeling. :D

Hey there, all you Solarians. Solarioids...? Solarites...? I never could get that straight...

It's been a while since I was able to RP with you all, and I wanted to say thank you for welcoming Bubba back. He's been very annoying lately, and I need him out of the house for a while.

I have to admit I don't remember a lot of Bubba's background. Hopefully, as things roll along it will come back, and I'll share it here as it does. What I do remember is:

Bubba was a member of Psyche's ship, the Kotuku. He held several positions there: S.O.S. - Supervisor Of Surfaces (Basically, the head of sanitation and custodial services; Chef- (One of the many cooks that served the ship's crew); First Officer- (That was fun! Many, many buttons to push!); He was a member of CAG Wolf's Dragoons (Lots of fun battling that strange plant thing - Tropicano I think it was called.); and there were a few more positions I can't recall right now.

Bubba carries his favorite cleaver with him, Mr.C. Mr.C is made from a material similar to the metal Thor's hammer is made from, Uru. It's very dense, impervious to magic, and can absorb different forms of energy: heat, light, electricity, etc. The energy can then be redirected outward in different forms of the electromagnetic spectrum, and varying levels of concussive force blasts. The larger the degree of energy used, the faster the stored energy will be depleted, and the longer it will take to recharge. Bubba can also throw the blade boomerang style, with the cleaver returning to his hand. Mr.C possesses a level of sentience that bubba doesn't quite understand, and there is a weird, unexplained connection/bond between the two.

Let me leave it here for now. I'll try to add additional info when I can remember. Once again, I wanted to say thank you for the welcome back, and I really do appreciate the opportunity to role play with you all again. Cheers!
